The Liffey Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured treatment program focused on addressing mental health issues that challenge individuals and communities. IOP supports those whose mental health symptoms are causing disruption in their daily lives. We combine individual psychotherapy, group therapy and psychiatry services to create a multi-disciplinary approach to therapeutic treatment.
Individual therapy is included in Liffey Health IOP. Our skilled and compassionate therapists help develop individualized goals and create a safe and trusting environment while using use evidence-based treatments to help achieve stabilization, symptom reduction and wholeness.
Group therapy is a collaborative approach to mental health treatment, where individuals with similar challenges come together to share their experiences and support one another. In a safe and structured environment, group therapy encourages open dialogue, offering participants the opportunity to gain insight, build connections, and learn from different perspectives, ultimately fostering personal growth and recovery.
Liffey Health provides skilled psychiatry services within the IOP program. Our psychiatrists are trained medical doctors who can prescribe medications, provide therapy, and offer a comprehensive approach to addressing complex mental health challenges.
