Heather Ding considers herself a continual student of yoga, always learning from the practice, whether it’s through Asana, Pranayama or Pratyahara, she moves through life. She has been teaching yoga for over six years. Yoga found her exactly when she needed it!
She received her 200 hr certification in 2019 from Almaden Yoga with Anuja Chaudri and Nate Jones. She will be completing her 300 hr certification in the year 2025. She completed the advanced certification for trauma informed yoga through Collective Resilience Yoga under Hala Khouri, Kyra Haglund and RW Alves in 2021.
Heather has also completed trauma informed training through Porchlight Wellness, with Halli Faulkner. This training teaches specific techniques for empowering and supporting survivors of sexual assault.
