Anais began volunteering under a psychologist in 2014, this inspired her to fulfill an academic career in psychology while working in the mental health field. Anais has gained experience working with individuals displaying various behavioral challenges, severe mental health, autism spectrum, etc. Anais is trained in crisis support, interventions, applied behavior analysis and case management support. Anais is passionate about her craft and the connections she makes with others. She genuinely believes that everyone should have access to mental health services despite social disadvantages.
Having spent the last seven years dedicating her work and knowledge in the community of mental health services, Anais will be furthering her career in order to continue making an impact on others. Anais earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from San Jose State University in 2023 and is currently enrolled in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Capella University.
In her spare time, Anais loves to spend time with her significant other and their family. Anais absolutely adores her dachshund pup and actively participates in the Doxie community. Anais enjoys creating art through different avenues and is also active in the community selling her candles and art in local pop-ups.
